All information acquired by Hale Law Firm, PC during the professional representation of our clients will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, absent the informed consent of our clients, or when the disclosure of such information is impliedly authorized in order to carry out the representation of the clients, or when disclosure of the information is required by the North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct.  This policy applies to all of our clients, including potential clients, current, and former clients.  The trust between lawyer and client is the hallmark of our professional relationship.  North Carolina Rules of Professional Conduct 1.6, 1.18, 1.9.
